Student Housing in Gainesville, FL

This Student Housing project was located outside of the University of Florida. The client did not want it to scream orange and blue, so we used warm neutrals in the clubroom. We repurposed arched windows as the storefront which delivered southern charm along the with the brick veneer. We worked with local artist to create a game room mural that tied it all together. In contrast, the study room delivered a punch of color to keep those students energized.
