Multifamily Project in Westmont, NJ
Completed September 2025

This large Multifamily project was years in the making. The concept for the main living lobby/clubroom is the connecting bridges and central mezzanine. The effect of this and the adjoining columns allowed us to create an intimate bar that all architectural elements draw you into. The sheer scale of the amenities in this project were a dream for the creative mind.

Enjoyed modeling all elements shown aside from furniture in Revit. The spiral staircase and organic ceilings were exceptionally challenging.
