Multifamily Project in Teaneck, NJ

This client wanted a unique boutique hotel vibe in their amenities. We were fortunate to have a lot of vertical space, which we used to create a juxtaposition of curves and angles. This resulted in a dramatic sculpted lobby that is both large but intimate, warm but bright. We followed this concept throughout the amenities, keeping the entire building unified.

Rendering VS Reality

Presentation rendering done in Adobe Photoshop and presented in powerpoint 

Spent 3 Days installing which involves directing tradesmen, helping unbox and place furniture and accessories, and a client walkthrough.

Revit 

Built all elements apart from furniture. Lights, casework, architecture elements, and ceiling were all modeled.
